Get the Blackberry-Raspberry Hand Pies Recipe
Use a pastry wheel, pizza wheel, or knife to cut four 3 1/2-by-7-inch strips.
Mound berry mixture on bottom half of each strip before brushing edges with egg wash.
Fold top half of each strip over berry mixture and press firmly to seal.
Trim bottom edges of hand pies. Bake the scraps too, if you like.
Make slashes to let steam escape. Don’t worry if juices bubble over.
