Easy BBQ Glaze
Baste any grilling fish or meat with this smoky-sweet sauce and you'll turn the smallest get-togethers in to a raging barbecue.
- Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Liberally brush on meat and vegetables throughout grilling.
