Easy BBQ Glaze

Marinating shrimp can toughen them; try using a glaze such as this one.

  • Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Liberally brush on meat and vegetables throughout grilling.

Cook's Notes

This glaze goes well on chicken or pork.
