Apricot Glaze for Shrimp Kebabs


This is great on our Shallots, Shrimp, and Oranges with Apricot Glaze kebabs.

  • Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Liberally brush on meat and vegetables throughout grilling.

Cook's Notes

This glaze works well on shrimp, chicken or pork kebabs.
