Apricot Glaze

  • yield: Makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cook's Note

Great for: shrimp, chicken, or pork

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Liberally brush on meat and vegetables throughout grilling.
