Mojito Slushie


Pick a warm, breezy afternoon and get festive with this cool cocktail.

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 cups crushed ice
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (from about 3 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup lime juice (from about 5 limes)
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves


  1. In a blender, combine sugar and water. Blend until sugar dissolves, 1 minute. Fill with ice. Add lemon juice and lime juice, rum, and mint. Blend until smooth.

For the best-tasting drinks, use fresh lemon and lime juices and skip the bottle.
