Coconut-Water Rice

Ingredients

  • Coconut water
  • Rice
  • Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, optional

Directions

  1. Replace tap water with the same amount of coconut water to cook rice. For even more coconut flavor, stir in a handful of toasted unsweetened coconut flakes.
